Country singer, songwriter and television star Craig Morgan has been added to the lineup for the Friday, Oct. 7 (6:30 and 9:00PM/ET) CMA Songwriters Series at Joe’s Pub.
Morgan, known for such hits as “Almost Home,” “That’s What I Love About Sunday,” and “Redneck Yacht Club,” will join host Bob DiPiero, Scotty Emerick, David Lee Murphy, and Josh Thompson as they share songs and the stories behind those songs.
"The CMA Songwriter's Series is such a cool event,” said Morgan. “I'm looking forward to returning to Joe's Pub and joining Josh, Bob, David and Scotty for some great Country Music songwriting and storytelling."
This is part of a two-night, sold out stand at Joe’s Pub for the CMA Songwriters Series. On Thursday, Oct. 6, DiPiero, Emerick and Murphy will be joined Mercury Nashville recording artist Billy Currington.
The CMA Songwriters Series will be part of Joe’s Pub’s grand re-opening celebration. The renovation of Joe’s Pub - the first in 13 years - is designed to enhance the audience and performer experience by eliminating standing room, expanding seating capacity, renovating the restrooms, improving seating layout and sightlines, providing new artist dressing rooms, and moving the entrance to Joe’s Pub from Lafayette Street to inside The Public Theater lobby. In addition, patrons will be able to select and reserve their seating online.
Joe’s Pub is located at 425 Lafayette St. in New York City.
