THE COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES MICHELLE KIRK
TO JOIN CMA FOUNDATION
The CMA Foundation, the Country Music Association’s nonprofit arm focused on impacting music education across the country, has announced Michelle Kirk will join its leadership team as Senior Director, effective December 1, 2024.
Kirk first joined CMA in 2012 as Strategic Partnerships Coordinator, moving her way up to Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships before transitioning her career to become a Brand Partnerships Agent at WME in 2015. She rejoined CMA in 2019 as Director, Integrated Marketing before being promoted to Senior Director, Integrated Marketing earlier this year.

In this new position, Kirk will play a key role in the strategic planning, program development, operational oversight, and directing of CMA Foundation initiatives and goals. Kirk will ensure the organization’s mission and objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently. As Senior Director, she will represent the CMA Foundation in the community and cultivate relationships with stakeholders, artists, partners, donors and other key constituents. Kirk will report to Kerns.
